Trainings
Welcome to your next chapter
Build the next chapter with
energy, strength, and meaning.
Our philosophy
More than just exercises
At Redefining Age, our trainings shift the focus of fitness to a mindful, consistent, and long-term journey. We emphasize sustainability, self-reflection, and continuous, incremental improvement rather than instant, dramatic results.
How to get started
1. choose your package
Choose what type of training fits best with your current goals. Don’t worry—this is just a starting point. You can change the level of support or training focus later.
2. get your consultation
Meet with Susan live or virtually to discuss your goals, history, and lifestyle. This information plus other assessments will enable Susan to develop your personalized plan.
3. follow your plan
Your plan will be designed to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency — one week at a time. You will get the support you need at all points throughout the way.
4. momentum + results
Plans are designed to progress you gradually and safely. You will gain momentum from following the plan. Expect to see and feel results within a few weeks.
The training techniques
What to expect
Training: Strength & Stability
Arrive + Reset
We begin with a brief check-in and calming practice to shift from “life mode” into “training mode.” You’ll set a simple intention for the session—how you want to feel when you leave.Warm-Up
Warm-Up
This is not random stretching. We use purposeful movement to:
Balance and Core Movements
Our approach emphasizes training that progresses your abilities from isometric stability to dynamic core movement.
Strength Training: The Main Course
You’ll train foundational movements that support stability, flexibility, and full-body strength. We often use simple techniques—like slower lowering, brief pauses, and steady breathing—to help you feel muscles working and build strength safely.
Cooldown + Integration
We bring the nervous system down, restore mobility and muscle length balance. We end our session restating your intention—so you leave grounded and clear.

Strength & Stability Training is for women who want to build real strength, balance, and energy—while feeling calm, confident, and fully present in their bodies. If you are new to working out or already have some experience with structured exercise, this approach is right for you.

The Emotional Resilience pillar is a guided, practical session designed to help you handle stress, change, and life’s challenges more calmly and confidently. Think of it as training your inner stability the same way you’d train your body for physical strength. It’s done through simple exercises that you practice repeatedly.
Training:
Emotional Resilience
Clear Intention
This isn’t therapy, and you won’t be asked to share anything you don’t want to. We begin by settling in—no pressure. You’ll choose a simple intention for the session (words like steady, capable, calm, brave).
Quick Emotional Check-In
We use an easy “weather report” to notice what you’re feeling and where your energy is today. The goal is awareness, not judgment.
Learn and Practice Nervous-System Tools
You’ll be guided through a few research-based techniques you can use anytime:
The Resilience Moment: Choice
You’ll learn how to recognize your early warning signs and choose a supportive response—without pushing feelings away or getting stuck in them.
A Take-Home Plan You Can Actually Use
You’ll leave with a short personal plan: what to notice, what to do when stress spikes, and what kind of support helps you recover faster.
Training: Purposeful Living
Welcoming, Inclusive Opening
We begin by setting a simple intention—peace, trust, clarity, gratitude—whatever you need most right now. You’ll always be invited to “take what fits and leave the rest.”
Grounding In The Present Moment
We use gentle orientation practices (like noticing what you see, hear, and feel) to bring you out of busy thinking and into the steadiness of the “right here, right now.”
Anchoring Practice
You’ll choose a simple anchor phrase that feels true for you—paired with slow breathing. It becomes a tool you can use anytime you want to feel grounded.
Checking In With Your Inner Compass
You’ll reflect on the values you want to live from—things like steadiness, courage, kindness, faith, simplicity, service, or joy. We translate those values into a small, realistic action you can take this week.
Closing Ritual + Carry Forward
We close with a brief gratitude or reflection practice, and a simple phrase you can return to when your life feels empty or unconnected.

This pillar is for women who want to feel more rooted in themselves and connected to what matters most. The vibe is soulful, but practical. You’ll leave feeling centered and supported, with grounding practices that fit into everyday life.
