About Redefining Age
It’s not too late to feel strong, vibrant, and fully alive
Redefining Age was created for adults 60 and beyond who know there is more life to live — more strength to build, more confidence to claim, more wisdom to honor, and more possibility to explore.
For many older adults, this stage of life comes with questions.
- Why does my body feel different?
- Why is it harder to maintain muscle, energy, or balance?
- How do I stay independent and active for years to come?
- And perhaps just as important: Who do I want to become now?
Redefining Age exists to help older adults answer those questions with education, strength, support, and intention.
This is not about chasing youth.
It is about honoring where you are, understanding what your body needs now, and creating a life that feels strong, meaningful, and fully your own.

for women: a new approach to aging well
As women move through menopause and beyond, the body changes in ways that are real, powerful, and often under-discussed.
Declining estrogen, shifts in muscle mass, changes in metabolism, bone density, sleep, recovery, and energy can all affect how a woman feels in her body. Too often, these changes are accepted as inevitable decline — when, in reality, there is so much women can do to support their strength, vitality, and independence.
At Redefining Age, education is the beginning.
When women understand what is happening in their bodies, they can stop blaming themselves and begin making informed, empowering choices. They can move away from confusion and frustration and toward clarity, confidence, and action.
Aging may be natural. But losing connection to your strength, purpose, and possibility does not have to be.
Strength for the body. Support for the life you’re creating.
Redefining Age offers personal and group strength training coaching designed especially for adults 60+.
The goal is not perfection. It is progress.
- It is learning how to build and preserve lean muscle
- It is improving balance, posture, mobility, and functional strength
- It is feeling more capable in daily life
- It is being able to travel, garden, hike, lift groceries, get up from the floor, walk with confidence, and continue doing the things that make life feel rich.
Strength training is one of the most powerful tools older adults have to support healthy aging. But it needs to be approachable, safe, consistent, and designed for the body you live in today.
Whether through one-on-one coaching or group experiences, Redefining Age helps older adults build strength in a way that feels supportive, encouraging, and sustainable.
Because strength after 60 is not just about how much you can lift.
It is about how fully you can live.

creating the next chapter with intention
Redefining Age is also about something deeper than fitness.
This stage of life can bring a natural pause — a moment to reflect, reassess, and ask new questions.
- What matters most to me now?
- What do I want my days to feel like?
- What have I outgrown?
- What am I ready to begin?
- What kind of person do I want to become in this next chapter?
For some, this season follows retirement. For others, it comes after caregiving, career shifts, loss, change, or simply the quiet realization that life is asking for something new.
Redefining Age holds space for that exploration.
Through reflection, conversation, coaching, and community, older adults are invited to design their next chapters with intention — not by following someone else’s definition of success, but by listening inward and choosing what feels aligned, meaningful, and alive.
What Redefining Age stands for
Redefining Age is built on a simple belief:
It is never too late to become stronger, healthier, more purposeful, and more fully yourself.
Here, we believe that adults 60+ deserve:
- Education that helps them understand their changing bodies
- Strength training that supports vitality and independence
- Encouragement that meets them where they are
- Community that reminds them they are not alone
- Space to reflect on who they are becoming
- Support for creating a next chapter with meaning and intention
Redefining Age is not about becoming someone else.
It is about becoming more deeply connected to yourself — your body, your wisdom, your strength, your dreams, and your capacity to keep growing.
