Redefining Age
Online strength training class in the comfort of home

Small-group supportive program

Strength, Balance & Vitality From the Comfort of Home

You don’t need a gym, complicated equipment, or punishing workouts to become stronger after 60.

Our online group strength training classes are designed specifically for women who want to build strength, improve balance, support healthy aging, and feel more confident in their bodies — all from the comfort and privacy of home.

Each one-hour class is delivered live on Zoom and follows the Redefining Age mindful strength philosophy: calm, focused, age-smart movement that helps you understand your body, feel your muscles working, and build strength you can use in real life.

Whether your goal is to build strength, improve balance and flexibility, change your body composition, reduce joint pain, or stay active, this training gives you the guidance and support you need to feel better in your daily life physically and mentally.

Book a consultation

This isn’t a fast-paced fitness class
where you’re left trying to keep up.

Many online workouts move too quickly, offer little explanation, and are not designed with the needs of women over 60 in mind. Redefining Age classes are different.

You’ll be guided through each session with clear instruction, supportive coaching, and a calm pace that allows you to move with confidence. The goal is not to exhaust you. The goal is to help you feel stronger, steadier, more capable, and more connected to your body.

You’ll always know what we’re doing, why we’re doing it,
and how it supports your everyday life.

What each one-hour class includes

01. WArm-up stretching

We begin with gentle, purposeful movement to prepare your joints, muscles, and nervous system for the work ahead. This helps you move more comfortably and feel ready for the session.

02. balance & Core

We’ll practice simple, progressive balance exercises that help improve steadiness and body awareness. We’ll train your core in a way that is safe, accessible, and functional — not with harsh or intimidating floor work.

03. resistance training

Using dumbbells, resistance bands, or bodyweight, we’ll strengthen the muscles that help you move through life with more ease. Exercises may include movements for the legs, hips, back, shoulders, arms, and posture.

04. cooldown

We finish by slowing the body down, restoring mobility, and leaving you with a sense of calm accomplishment. You should leave class feeling grounded, energized, and proud of what you did.

About the class experience

You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you are encouraged to listen to your body, honor your starting point, and celebrate progress.

You do not have to be fit to begin.

You do not have to already know what you’re doing.

You do not have to keep up with anyone else.

You simply need to be willing to begin — and to keep showing up for the woman you are becoming.

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. We begin gently, at a pace that feels comfortable, and build strength gradually. There’s no pressure and no judgment. You’ll be amazed by how quickly your confidence grows.

That’s very common, and I design every workout with your limitations in mind. You’ll receive modifications, alternatives, and supportive coaching every step of the way.

This is normal — and you won’t feel this way for long. My coaching style is warm, supportive, and completely judgment-free. I celebrate your progress, honor your pace, and help you feel proud of every step you take.

That is okay. Many exercises can be adapted using a chair or standing position. You’ll be encouraged to work at a level that feels safe and appropriate for your body.

I have a Personal Trainer certification with a Senior Fitness specialization through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Most women begin feeling improvements within just a few weeks. More noticeable physical changes typically appear between 6–12 weeks, depending on your consistency and goals.

Very little. Most clients start with a pair of light dumbbells, resistance band, sturdy chair, and a yoga mat (optional). If you don’t have anything yet, we can begin with bodyweight exercises.

If you have a diagnosed condition or concerns about exercise safety, I will likely ask you to get medical clearance first. We discuss safety issues during our first meeting. This ensures you feel confident and supported before starting your program.

Just schedule a free consultation. We’ll talk about your goals, your comfort level, and what you hope to feel in your body. If it’s a good fit, we’ll create a personalized plan and take the first step together.

Your journey to healthy longevity starts today.
